Step-by-Step: Joining a Bundle
1. Browse Available Bundles
Head to your neighborhood feed and look for open bundles. You'll see:
- Service type (lawn care, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.)
- Scheduled date — when the work will happen
- How many neighbors have already joined
- Time remaining to join
2. Join With One Tap
Found a bundle that fits? Tap "Join Bundle" and confirm your address. That's it — you're in.
Pro tip: Bundles close 24 hours before the scheduled date, so don't wait until the last minute.
3. Provider Bidding
Once the join window closes, local providers start bidding. They can see how many homes are in the bundle and where they're located — but not your personal details.
The platform's selection algorithm weighs:
- Price — lower bids rank higher
- Ratings — providers with better reviews get preference
- Proximity — closer providers have a natural edge
4. Provider Selected
The winning provider is automatically selected and you'll get a notification. You can see their profile, ratings, and the final per-home price.
5. Job Day
The provider works through the bundle route — typically completing all homes in a single trip. You don't need to be home for most outdoor services.
6. Review & Pay
After the job is done, you'll receive an invoice through the app. Pay securely, leave a review, and you're done.
Creating Your Own Bundle
Don't see a bundle for what you need? Start one:
- Tap "Create Bundle" from your dashboard
- Choose the service category
- Set a scheduled date (must be at least 72 hours out)
- Add a description of what you need
- Publish it to your neighborhood
Your neighbors will see it in their feed and can join. The more who join, the better the rate.

What if not enough neighbors join? Bundles need a minimum number of participants (set by the platform). If the minimum isn't met, the bundle won't proceed and you'll be notified.
