Who controls a Nest?

How do I join a Nest?

You can join a Nest in two ways:

• Search by Nest name in the Nests section
• Use an invite link shared by a member

After submitting a join request, a Nest Admin will review and approve it.

You may belong to a limited number of Nests at a time.

What is the difference between making my Bundle public or Nest-only?

When creating a bundle, you can choose visibility:

Public Bundle
• Visible to anyone searching for services
• Anyone eligible can join

Nest-only Bundle
• Visible only to members of your Nest

• Not visible to the public

Can I leave a Nest?

If you are an Admin and leave, another Admin (or the longest-standing member) will automatically be promoted to ensure the Nest continues operating.

If an Admin removes you from a Nest, you will no longer see Nest bundles or receive notifications.

You may request to rejoin unless the Admin chooses not to approve your request.

How do I add employee accounts to my business?

In the Team section of your dashboard, you can generate a unique invite link or code for each employee.

Your team member uses that link or code to create or sign in to their account and associate it with your business.

Business Owners and Admins can remove team members at any time from the Team section of the dashboard.

You set a base percentage discount that applies once a bundle reaches two or more customers.

You may also create tiered discounts.

After marking a job complete, you may generate a PDF or image invoice from your existing system and attach it to the job inside Naibrly.
