Provider standards
Every provider on Naibrly goes through a structured onboarding process before they can accept jobs.
Service providers are independent businesses and may employ their own workers. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Naibrly.
We may review certain information, such as identity or insurance documentation, but this review is limited and should not be considered a guarantee or endorsement.
Providers connect a verified Stripe account before they can receive payments or accept jobs.
Providers submit relevant business information, including insurance documentation where applicable.
Providers are subject to community reviews, ratings, and platform guidelines.
Users are responsible for evaluating providers, reviewing profiles and ratings, and making informed decisions before booking services.
Naibrly encourages providers to maintain proper licensing, bonding, and insurance for the services they offer.
While licensing requirements vary by state and service type, Naibrly collects insurance documentation during onboarding and makes it available for review when applicable.
Providers are responsible for maintaining current credentials. Naibrly reserves the right to suspend accounts that do not meet platform standards.
Financial security
All payments on Naibrly are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
All payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Naibrly never stores your full card number.
Providers receive payouts directly through Stripe Connect. Naibrly does not hold provider funds.
Every job can include a clear invoice. Customers review charges before paying, and full receipts are available in your account.
Accountability
After every completed job, customers can leave a rating and review. Reviews are tied to real transactions — not anonymous submissions.
This keeps quality high and gives neighbors real information when choosing a provider.
Only customers who completed a job can leave a review.
Reviews are visible to other customers in your area.

We recommend keeping communication and transactions within the platform. We are not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes that occur outside of Naibrly.
